End Of Pediatrics Cycle

Today is end of Pediatric Cycle (2 and half weeks), we had our practical credit test, we were given 1 patient for diagnosis, physical examination, treatment and etc. It is good for future practise in Hospital.

My patient having Chronic GastroDeodinitis, stage of exacerbation, this is his 3rd time having such condition, that's why it is in chronic stage. For treatment we give antibiotics(metronidazole, and amoxicillin for 2 weeks) if there is H.pylori in his stomach. PPI is also given for duration of 1 month.

Today i also pass up my case history for my previous patient. This patient, he has diabetic melitus type I, he is only 8 years old. So sad to hear that, so young have to control the intake of chocolates, candies and etc which almost children love it.

For this photo, you might know that it is Autumn now in Russia. Tree start to drop leaves, except Christmas Tree still grows green. :P
